How we work

From requirements to production.

Five engineering stages, with a clear purpose and an organized hand-off at every step.

Step 1

Requirements Gathering & Scoping

Before opening any CAD software, we define the engineering parameters: mechanical loads, environmental conditions such as heat, vibration and moisture, budget constraints, and intended manufacturing volume. For moving parts or automation, we also outline the system dynamics.

Step 2

Conceptual Design (The “Napkin” Phase)

We explore broad solutions to the mechanical problem through hand sketches, basic kinematic layouts and rough 3D block models. These establish spatial envelopes and help compare concepts before detailed engineering.

Step 3

Detailed Engineering & 3D Modeling (CAD)
